Epichloë sinica is a hybrid asexual species in the fungal genus Epichloë.

A systemic and seed-transmissible grass symbiont first described in 2009,{{cite journal|last1=Yan|first1=Kang|last2=Yanling|first2=Ji|last3=Xianghui|first3=Sun|last4=Lihui|first4=Zhan|last5=Wei|first5=Li|last6=Hanshou|first6=Yu|last7=Zhiwei|first7=Wang|title=Taxonomy of Neotyphodium endophytes of Chinese native Roegneria plants|journal=Mycologia|volume=101|issue=2|year=2009|pages=211–219|issn=0027-5514|doi=10.3852/08-018|pmid=19397194 |s2cid=6307330 }} Epichloë sinica is a natural allopolyploid of Epichloë bromicola and a strain in the Epichloë typhina complex.

Epichloë sinica is found in Asia, where it has been identified in species of the grass genus Roegneria.
