The flag of the president of the Philippines ({{langx|fil|watawat ng pangulo ng Pilipinas}}) or the presidential standard of the Philippines consists of the presidential coat of arms on a blue background. While having the same design as the presidential seal since 1947, the flag has a separate history, and the designs on the flag and seal have at different times influenced each other.{{Cite web|url=https://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/ph-pres.html#seal|title=Philippines: President and Vice President|last=|first=|date=|website=www.crwflags.com|access-date=2018-05-01}}
Overview

The flag is often displayed beside the president in official portraits, flown next to the coffin of a deceased president in state funerals, and flown on the president's motorcade.
It is also customarily used during diplomatic visits in the review of honor guards. A lone honor guard traditionally holds the presidential flag while tailing the president of the Philippines and the visiting foreign leader.{{Cite web|url=https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1055854/wrong-placement-of-chinas-flag-in-xis-state-visit-a-breach-of-protocol|title=Wrong placement of China's flag in Xi's state visit a breach of protocol?|date=21 November 2018}}{{Cite web|url=https://www.rappler.com/newsbreak/iq/217251-protocol-ph-presidential-flag-xi-state-visit|title = Breach in protocol over PH presidential flag during Xi's state visit| date=21 November 2018 }}
The current flag is defined in Executive Order 310 signed by former president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo:{{Cite web|url=http://www.quezon.ph/2005/05/29/executive-order-no-310/|title=Executive Order No. 310 – Manuel L. {{cquote|The Flag of the President of the Philippines shall consist of the Coat-of-Arms of the President in proper colors, with a rectangular blue background (instead of the circular blue shield). The shade of the blue background shall conform to the blue color of the National Flag enumerated in Republic Act No. 8491, the Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines. The fringe shall be of knotted yellow silk. The ratio of the Flag shall be 1:2.}}
The flag and seal designs are similar to that of the flag of the president of the United States.
