{{main|Football at the 2019 SEA Games}}
The women's football tournament at the 2019 SEA Games was the eleventh women's SEA Games football tournament. The tournament was held in Philippines from November 26 to December 8, 2019 where six teams participated. There were no age restrictions on women's teams.
Vietnam won the tournament for the record-breaking sixth time, successfully defending their title in the 2017 SEA Games, thus becoming the most successful team since women's football was added to SEA Games in 1985.{{cite web|url=https://en.nhandan.org.vn/sports/item/8202102-infographic-vietnam%E2%80%99s-road-to-30th-sea-games-women%E2%80%99s-football-crown.html|title=[Infographic] Vietnam’s road to the 30th SEA Games women’s football crown|author1=Van Toan|author2=Duc Trung|publisher=Nhân Dân|date= December 9, 2019|access-date=December 9, 2019}}{{cite web|url=https://sports.inquirer.net/378080/vietnam-beats-thailand-to-defend-sea-games-womens-football-title|title=Vietnam beats Thailand to defend SEA Games women’s football title|work=Việt Nam News/Asia News Network|publisher=Philippine Daily Inquirer|date=December 9, 2019|access-date=December 9, 2019}}
