Ganei Yohanan ({{langx|he|גַּנֵּי יוֹחָנָן||Yohanan Gardens}}) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah near Rehovot, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gezer Regional Council. History

The moshav was founded in 1950 by immigrants from Romania on the lands of the Palestinian village of Aqir,{{cite book|title=All That Remains: The Palestinian Villages Occupied and Depopulated by Israel in 1948|first1=Walid|last1=Khalidi|authorlink=Walid Khalidi|year=1992|location=Washington D.C.|publisher=Institute for Palestine Studies|ISBN=0-88728-224-5|page=360}} and was named after Yohanan Kreminitsky. The founders were later joined by immigrants from Tripoli in Libya.
