Glyphostoma scalarinum is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Clathurellidae.{{WRMS species|215090|Glyphostoma scalarinum (Deshayes, 1863)||18 August 2011}}
Description
The shell grows to a length of 9 mm. The shell is whitish, with a narrow chestnut or chocolate sutural band, and another below the middle of the body whorl only.George Washington Tryon, Manual of Conchology vol. VI p. 296; 1884 (described as Clathurella scalarina)
Distribution
This species occurs in the Indian Ocean along Madagascar, Réunion; in the Central Pacific Ocean.
