Gmina Brzuze is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Rypin County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Brzuze, which lies approximately {{convert|10|km|mi|0}} south-west of Rypin and {{convert|47|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of Toruń.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|86.25|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,368.
