Gmina Izbicko, German Gemeinde Stubendorf, is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Izbicko, which lies approximately {{convert|14|km|mi|0}} north-west of Strzelce Opolskie and {{convert|18|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-east of the regional capital Opole.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|84.93|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2019 its total population is 5,415.
