Gmina Marcinowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Świdnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Marcinowice, which lies approximately {{convert|12|km|mi|0}} east of Świdnica and {{convert|44|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|95.91|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2019 its total population is 6,488.
