Gmina Nędza is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Racibórz County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Nędza, which lies approximately {{convert|11|km|mi|0}} north-east of Racibórz and {{convert|51|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} west of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|57.14|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2019 its total population is 7,433.
