Gmina Rudnik is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Racibórz County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Rudnik, which lies approximately {{convert|7|km|mi|0}} north-west of Racibórz and {{convert|60|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} west of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|73.94|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2019 its total population is 5,188.
