Gmina Osie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Świecie County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Osie, which lies approximately {{convert|22|km|mi|0}} north of Świecie, {{convert|59|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Bydgoszcz, and {{convert|66|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of Toruń.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|209.61|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,312.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Wda Landscape Park.
