Gmina Sadowne is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Węgrów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Sadowne, which lies approximately {{convert|30|km|mi|0}} north of Węgrów and {{convert|76|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|144.72|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,270 (6,066 in 2013).
