Gmina Torzym is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Sulęcin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Torzym, which lies approximately {{convert|16|km|mi|0}} south of Sulęcin, {{convert|49|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and {{convert|51|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-west of Zielona Góra.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|374.87|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2019 its total population is 6,820.
