Gmina Unisław is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Chełmno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Unisław, which lies approximately {{convert|18|km|mi|0}} south of Chełmno, {{convert|25|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-west of Toruń, and {{convert|28|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of Bydgoszcz.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|72.45|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,766.
