Gmina Pruszcz is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Świecie County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Pruszcz, which lies approximately {{convert|19|km|mi|0}} south-west of Świecie and {{convert|28|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Bydgoszcz.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|141.96|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 9,232.
