Helen Joan Plume {{post-nominals|country=NZL|CNZM|size=100}} is a climate change expert and senior New Zealand public servant in the Ministry for the Environment. She has represented New Zealand as a negotiator at many United Nations Climate Change Conferences.
Career

In 2008 Plume was elected to serve a two-year term as chair of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change's Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice and was the first New Zealander to fill this position.
