Henry Feldwick (1844 – 3 August 1908) was a 19th-century member of parliament from the Southland region of New Zealand.

He represented the Invercargill electorate in Parliament from {{By-election link year|Invercargill|1878}} to 1879, from {{NZ election link year|1881}} to 1884 and from {{NZ election link year|1887}} to 1890.{{sfn|Wilson|1985|p=195}} He was defeated in 1879 by James Bain,{{sfn|Wilson|1985|p=181}} in 1884 by Joseph Hatch,{{sfn|Wilson|1985|p=203}} and in 1890 by James Kelly.{{sfn|Wilson|1985|p=210}}

He was a member of the New Zealand Legislative Council from 1892 to 3 August 1908, when he died.{{sfn|Wilson|1985|p=153}}
