Holy Family with St Jerome and St Anne is a 1534 signed and dated oil-on-canvas painting by Italian artist Lorenzo Lotto (ca. 1480–1556),{{cite book |author1=Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York, N.Y.) |url=https://books.google.com/books?id=-X3eGY5W1WkC&pg=PA321 |title=Art and Love in Renaissance Italy |author2=Kimbell Art Museum |publisher=Metropolitan Museum of Art |year=2008 |isbn=978-1-58839-300-5 |pages=321–}} first recorded at the Palazzo Pitti at the start of the 18th century and now in the Uffizi in Florence.{{cite web|url=http://www.polomuseale.firenze.it/catalogo/scheda.asp?nctn=00123607&value=1|title=Polo Museale Fiorentino - Catalogo delle opere|website=www.polomuseale.firenze.it}}

The work is possibly derived from a prototype now in the Seilern Collection in London – that work has an open window framing a landscape in place of St Jerome. The Uffizi painting shows Saint Jerome, Saint Joachim and Saint Anne to either side of the Holy Family.
