Holy See–Malaysia relations ({{langx|la|rationes Sancta Sedes et Malaesia}}; {{langx|it|Relazioni tra Santa Sede e Malesia}}; {{langx|fr|Relations entre le Saint-Siège et la Malaisie}}; {{langx|ms|Hubungan Malaysia–Takhta Suci}}; Jawi: هوبوڠن مليسيا–تختا سوچي) are foreign relations between the Holy See and Malaysia.
