Interstate 8 is the second EP by alternative rock band Modest Mouse, released on Up Records in 1996.{{cite web|title=Archive.org: Up Records |url=http://www.uprecords.com/discography/035/ |access-date=9 November 2012 |url-status=dead |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20060113080101/http://www.uprecords.com/discography/035/ |archive-date=January 13, 2006 }} It contains the band's original demo, Live in Sunburst Montana, which was recorded in Isaac Brock's garage in Issaquah, Washington.

Heavily sought-after by collectors, this album was reissued on Isaac Brock's Glacial Pace record label in early 2015 on both CD and vinyl.{{citation needed|date=May 2022|reason=This claim needs a citation.}}
