Istočna Ilidža ({{lang-sr-cyrl|Источна Илиџа}}, lit. East Ilidža) is a municipality in the city of Istočno Sarajevo, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was created with the signing Dayton Peace Agreement 1995 as Srpska Ilidža (Serbian Ilidža) from part of the pre-war municipality of Ilidža (the other part of the pre-war municipality is now in the Canton Sarajevo in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). Following the decision on the name of the cities in 2004 by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which outruled the use of the prefix Srpski (Serbian), the municipality 2005 was renamed Istočna Ilidža (East Ilidža). Istočna Ilidža is the smallest municipality in the Istočno Sarajevo by territory size, but it is the most densely populated. The largest
neighborhoods are Dobrinja 1 and Dobrinja 4, followed by Vojkovići and Kasindo.

Istočna Ilidža is homeplace of Administrative center of the Government of the Republika Srpska in Istočno Sarajevo. In neighbourhood Kasindo is located hospital for Istočno Sarajevo.
