Jan Jałocha (born 18 July 1957) is a Polish former professional footballer.

He played mostly for Wisła Kraków.{{cite web| url = http://www.90minut.pl/kariera.php?id=671 | title = Jan Jałocha | publisher = 90minut.pl | date = 25 April 2012 | accessdate=14 July 2012 | language = Polish}} He made 234 league appearances for the club, and scored 19 goals.
