Jeffrey Mark Holy, Sr. (born October 25, 1955) is an American politician, lawyer, and police officer currently serving as a member of the Washington State Senate for the 6th legislative district. A Republican, he previously served as a member of the Washington House of Representatives. On February 23, 2024 in a vote of 48 to 1, the Washington State Senate passed a bill to end child marriage, sending the bill to Governor Jay Inslee’s desk for signature. Education
Holy graduated from Washington State University in 1983. He received a JD from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1989.
