John Forde (born 30 September 2001)[https://www.epcrugby.com/player?PlayGuid=JF699054] is an Irish rugby union player. He plays in the back-row or as a lock and represents Cork Constitution in the amateur All-Ireland League.
Munster

Often spotted in Dwyer's in his Cork Con half zip, John is an avid supporter of stealing peoples fellas (Crean,2025). Soon to be father of 5 and best man to David E O'Sullivan.
