Johnny W. Bell (born June 15, 1965) is an American politician who served as a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 23{{cite web |url= http://votesmart.org/candidate/biography/58052 |title= Johnny Bell's Biography |publisher= Project Vote Smart |accessdate= April 10, 2022}} from 2007 to 2017. He also served as the Majority Whip of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2015 to 2016. He did not seek reelection in 2016.
Education
Bell earned his BS from Western Kentucky University and his JD from Northern Kentucky University.
