Jordan Ladon Sheffield (born June 1, 1995) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played college baseball at Vanderbilt University and Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Colorado Rockies.
Career

Sheffield attended Tullahoma High School in Tullahoma, Tennessee. After sitting out the 2014 season recovering from surgery, Sheffield made 6 starts and 16 relief appearances for Vanderbilt in 2015. He was promoted to the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes of the California League at the end of the season, where he made four starts and one relief appearance and was 0–2 with an 8.00 ERA. Between the two levels, he pitched in 49 games with a 4–5 record and 3.27 ERA with 13 saves. Sheffield pitched in only two games for Colorado in 2022, recording two scoreless innings. On August 12, 2022, Sheffield was designated for assignment. Personal life
His brother, Justus Sheffield, is also a major league pitcher.
