José Aponte de la Torre Airport {{airport codes|NRR|TJRV|RVR}} is a public use airport owned by Puerto Rico Ports Authority and located {{Convert|2.3|mi|km|abbr=on}} from Ceiba, a coastal town in Puerto Rico. Facilities

It has one operating runway designated 7/25 with asphalt and concrete surface measuring {{convert|11000|x|150|ft|abbr=on|0}}. There is also a closed runway designated 18/36 which measures {{Convert|5800|x|100|ft|abbr=on|0}}.
The San Juan VORTAC (Ident: SJU) is located {{convert|23.1|nmi|mi km}} west-northwest of the airport.
