}}Jos Hoevenaers (30 November 1932, in Antwerp – 14 June 1995, in Wilrijk) was a Belgian cyclist, reputed for his attacking style.{{Cite web |date=2023 |title=Joseph Hoevenaers |url=https://firstcycling.com/rider.php?r=2712#racedata |website=FirstCycling.com |language=en}}
In 1960, he wore the pink jersey of leadership for eight days in the Giro d'Italia; however, Jacques Anquetil won instead. Bad luck, as well as inadequate time-trialling and sprinting, stopped Hoevenaers' becoming the best Belgian Tour rider of his generation.{{cite web |title=Palmarès de Joseph Hoevenaers (Bel) |url=http://www.memoire-du-cyclisme.eu/palmares/hoevenaers_joseph.php |accessdate=31 December 2021 |work=Memoire-du-cyclisme.eu |language=fr}}{{Cite web |date=2023 |title=Jos Hoevenaers |url=https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/jos-hoevenaers |website=ProcyclingStats |language=en}}
