Joseph Omotoye, also known as Jojo Bodybeats, is a Nigerian musician, principally known for his ability to use his own body as a percussive instrument. Striking his mouth, cheeks, chest, stomach, head and legs, as well as using belching, sneezing, coughing and drinking, he is able to produce sounds that are recognizably musical. He refers to his own body as a "bodiophone".{{cite web | url=http://www.punchng.com/entertainment/arts-dome/beating-his-body-to-give-others-pleasure/ | title=Beating his body to give others pleasure | publisher=punchng.com | accessdate=11 September 2014 | url-status=dead | archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20140911160016/http://www.punchng.com/entertainment/arts-dome/beating-his-body-to-give-others-pleasure/ | archivedate=11 September 2014 }}{{Cite web |date=2007-06-16 |title=Nigerian Artist is a One-Man Body Beating Band |url=https://laist.com/news/npr-news/nigerian-artist-is-a-one-man-body-beating-band |access-date=2024-07-29 |website=LAist |language=en}}
