The Kirby 23 is a development of the Sonar, with a cabin modified for cruising use. It is very similar to the Blazer 23.{{cite web|url= https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/blazer-23-kirby|title= Blazer 23 (Kirby) sailboat |access-date= 13 January 2021|last= McArthur| first= Bruce |work= sailboatdata.com|year= 2020|archive-url= https://archive.today/20210113215327/https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/blazer-23-kirby|archive-date= 13 January 2021|url-status= live}}

Production

The design was built by Ross Marine starting in 1985, with six boats completed, but it is now out of production.
