Lai Ying-fang {{zh|t=賴英芳}}; born 1959) is a Taiwanese politician.
Lai was elected to the Legislative Yuan as a political independent representing Nantou County in 1992.{{cite news |title=Lai Ying-fang (2) |url=https://www.ly.gov.tw/EngPages/List.aspx?nodeid=10918 |access-date=8 January 2022}} He then served as deputy magistrate of Nantou County under Peng Pai-hsien.{{cite news |last1=Jou |first1=Ying-cheng |title=Official named in quake graft probe |url=https://www.taipeitimes.com/News/front/archives/2000/11/14/0000061391 |access-date=8 January 2022 |work=Taipei Times |date=14 November 2000}} When Peng was removed from office, Lai assumed the Nantou County magistracy on an acting basis.
