Lena Urbaniak (born 31 October 1992 in Schwäbisch Gmünd{{Cite web |url=http://www.lauf-und-sprungmeeting.de/promis/portrait_lena_urbaniak.pdf |title=Archived copy |access-date=2015-08-07 |archive-date=2016-03-04 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20160304002547/http://www.lauf-und-sprungmeeting.de/promis/portrait_lena_urbaniak.pdf |url-status=dead }}) is a German athlete specialising in the shot put.{{World Athletics}} She won the gold medal at the 2015 Summer Universiade.

Her personal bests in the event are 18.02 metres outdoors (Kassel 2016) and 18.32 metres indoors (Karlsruhe 2016).

In her youth, she also competed in gymnastics, handball and karate.
