Lung fung soup (龍鳳湯; pinyin: lóng fèng tāng), also referred to as Dragon's soup{{cite book | last=Philpott | first=D. | title=The World of Wine and Food: A Guide to Varieties, Tastes, History, and Pairings | publisher=Rowman & Littlefield Publishers | year=2016 | isbn=978-1-4422-6804-3 | url=https://books.google.com/books?id=3dIbDQAAQBAJ&pg=PA302 | accessdate=January 3, 2017 | page=302}} and Dragon phoenix soup, is a thick seafood or gou rou soup made with lemon, chili peppers, chicken, snake, and Chinese vegetables. Other variations could include a vegetarian version of the same with mushrooms instead of seafood.{{Clarify|reason=Suggests chicken and snake are still in the soup - not vegetarian.|date=April 2025}} Fung comes from the use of chicken in the soup while "Lung" comes from the use of snake.
"Feng" means Phoenix in Chinese. "Lung" or "Long" means dragon.
