Mairago (Lodigiano: {{lang|lmo|Mairàgh}}) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lodi in the Italian region Lombardy, located about {{convert|40|km|mi}} southeast of Milan and about {{convert|7|km|mi|0}} southeast of Lodi.

Mairago borders the following municipalities: Cavenago d'Adda, Turano Lodigiano, Ossago Lodigiano, Secugnago, Brembio.
