The Mangmoom Card (Thai for "spider) is a planned stored-value card for rapid transit systems in Bangkok, Thailand. Currently, many commuters carry multiple cards, since the existing Rabbit Card only works on the BTS Skytrain and Bangkok BRT, while the MRT Plus card works on the MRT Blue Line and MRT Purple Line. The card was initially planned to launch in August 2016{{Cite web|url=http://bangkok.coconuts.co/2016/06/10/first-look-mangmoom-card-only-all-one-public-transport-card-youll-need|title=First look at Mangmoom Card, only all-in-one public transport card you'll need|date=10 June 2016|website=Coconuts Bangkok|access-date=11 September 2016}} but was delayed until at least 2018, as the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP) required more time to integrate the ticketing systems of the different rail networks.{{Cite web|url=http://bangkok.coconuts.co/2016/06/23/hopes-dashed-mangmoom-all-one-transportation-card-delayed-indefinitely|title=Hopes dashed as Mangmoom all-in-one transportation card delayed indefinitely|date=23 June 2016|website=Coconuts Bangkok|access-date=11 September 2016}} In November 2016, transport minister Arkhom Termpittayapaisith announced the card would be available to use on the Skytrain, MRT and Airport Rail Link by the middle of 2017.{{Cite news|url=http://www.bangkokpost.com/news/general/1124340/single-ticketing-system-for-bangkok-trains-in-mid-2017|title=Single ticketing system for Bangkok trains in mid-2017|newspaper=Bangkok Post|date=November 2016 |access-date=2 November 2016}}

In April 2017, it was announced that the MRTA would act as a central clearing house for the ticketing system, with the Airport Rail Link and some electric rail services joining by mid-2017, buses and the MRT Purple line joining by October 2017, and the Skytrain and MRT Blue Line joining later.{{Cite news|url=http://www.bangkokpost.com/news/general/1227044/mrta-to-be-single-ticket-clearing-house|title=MRTA to be single ticket 'clearing house'|work=Bangkok Post|date=5 April 2017 |access-date=7 April 2017 |last1=Mahitthirook |first1=Amornrat }} In October 2017, an update was issued, stating that the card was again delayed, to mid-2018, and would only work with buses and the Airport Rail Link at launch.{{Cite news|url=https://www.bangkokpost.com/news/transport/1344914/spider-cards-to-crawl-out-from-next-june|title='Spider' cards to crawl out from next June|work=Bangkok Post|date=19 October 2017 |access-date=12 November 2017 |last1=Jotikasthira |first1=Om }}

In June 2018, it was announced that the card would finally launch on the 23rd of that month, with 200,000 units issued to the public, and would only work on the MRT Blue Line and MRT Purple Line at launch, with the Airport Rail Link to be added by October.

In September 2018, it was announced that compatibility with the Airport Rail Link would be delayed until the end of 2018, and BMTA buses would be delayed until March 2019.{{Cite web|url=http://www.khaosodenglish.com/news/bangkok/2018/09/28/believe-it-or-not-mangmoom-cards-coming-to-buses-official/|title = Believe it or Not, Mangmoom Cards Coming to Buses: Official|date = 28 September 2018}} However, as of May 2023, no new Mangmoom Card had been issued, and the one issued by Bangkok MRT is now the MRT card. The Blue and Purple lines accept Contactless payment,{{Cite web |title=EMV Contactless FAQs |url=https://metro.bemplc.co.th/EMV-Contactless-FAQs,}} as will the Yellow Line.{{Cite web |last= |date=11 June 2023 |title=Fares to be collected on Yellow Line from July 3: MRTA |url=https://www.nationthailand.com/thailand/general/40028424 |access-date=21 June 2023 |website=The Nation Thailand}} According to the OTP plan, the joint ticketing system by different public transport companies will be completed by 2027.{{cite news|url=https://www.bangkokpost.com/thailand/general/2434154/otp-expects-joint-ticketing-by-2027|title=OTP Expects Joint Ticketing by 2027|work=Bangkok Post |publisher=The Bangkok Post|date=10 November 2022}}

On 29 January 2024, the House of Representatives in principle unanimously approved the draft of the Joint Ticket Management Act, which would centralize the ticking systems of boats, buses, trains, and electric trains under one platform.{{Cite web |date=31 January 2025 |title=Lower House approves 'Joint Ticket' draft |url=https://www.nationthailand.com/news/policy/40045756 |access-date=6 February 2025 |website=nationthailand}} The act would allow commuters to use a single ticket to board different forms of public transport, and reduce fares. The platform will be designed by the OTP. The legislation would institute a 20-baht flat fare for all electric train routes. Deputy Minister of Transport Manaporn Charoensri said the ministry expects the draft to pass the house and senate, with an official announcement in the Royal Gazette by mid-2025. Subordinate legislation is set to be enacted by September 2025.
