Career

Lamsfuß started playing badminton at aged 3, and in 2013 he won the Dutch Open Junior tournament in the mixed doubles event partnered with Franziska Volkmann.{{cite web |title=Dutch Open Junior – Thai hat trick |url=http://www.badzine.net/2013/03/dutch-open-junior-%E2%80%93-thai-hattrick/23784/ |publisher=Badzine |access-date=12 April 2017}} He and Volkmann also won bronze at the 2013 European Junior Badminton Championships.{{cite web |title=European Junior Championships, Individuals |url=http://badmintoneurope.com/cms/?&pageid=6079 |publisher=Badminton Europe |access-date=12 April 2017}}

In 2021, he competed at the European Championships in Kyiv, Ukraine, reaching the semi-finals in the mixed doubles with Herttrich and the finals in the men's doubles with Seidel. Unfortunately, he was tested positive for COVID-19, and the organizers decided to cancel the finals.
