Microdevario is a small genus of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to family Danionidae. It was recently described to include species previously in the genus Microrasbora.{{aut|Fang, F., Norén, M., Liao, T. Y., Källersjö, M. & Kullander, S. O.}} 2009. Molecular phylogenetic interrelationships of the south Asian cyprinid genera Danio, Devario, and Microrasbora (Teleostei, Cyprinidae, Danioninae). Zoologica Scripta 38:237-256. These small freshwater fish are native to Burma (Myanmar) and adjacent parts of Thailand, and reach up to {{convert|1.5|-|2.3|cm|in|abbr=on|1}} in length depending on the exact species involved.
