Pie susu ({{Langx|id|pai susu|lit=milk pie}}) is an Indonesian custard tart pastry consisting of a shortcrust pastry filled with egg custard and condensed milk. This traditional Indonesian dessert pastry is very flat with only one very thin layer of custard.
