The Ministry of Asylum and Migration ({{langx|nl|Ministerie van Asiel en Migratie}}; AenM) is the Dutch ministry responsible for asylum and migration policy.
The ministry was spun off from the Ministry of Justice and Security on 2 July 2024, when the Schoof cabinet was installed. The anti-immigration Party for Freedom (PVV) had won the general election for the first time, and it had formed a right-wing governing coalition, which declared its asylum and migration policy to be the most stringent and extensive in history.{{Cite news |url = https://www.volkskrant.nl/politiek/marjolein-faber-nu-officieel-minister-van-asiel-en-migratie~b811613d/ |url-access = subscription |date = 2 July 2024 |last = Meijer |first = Remco |access-date = 8 July 2024 |language = nl |website = de Volkskrant |title = De machtsoverdracht op Justitie: 'Wij houden van de oude bewindslieden en zoeken een nieuwe relatie' |trans-title = The transfer of power at Justice: 'We like the old government members and are looking for a new relationship' }}{{Cite news |title = Far-right Geert Wilders agrees deal for Dutch coalition government |date = 15 May 2024 |website = The Guardian |access-date = 8 July 2024 |last = Boztas |first = Senay |url = https://www.theguardian.com/world/article/2024/may/15/far-right-geert-wilders-agrees-deal-dutch-coalition-government }} The coalition agreement included budget cuts to the civil service, and it was decided that the new ministry would remain located in an office building shared with the Ministry of Justice and Security. The ministry's responsibilities mostly coincide with those previously overseen by the State Secretary for Asylum and Migration.{{Cite news |url = https://www.volkskrant.nl/politiek/zo-goedkoop-mogelijke-nieuwe-ministeries-krijgen-stilaan-vorm~b096bd73/ |url-access = subscription |date = 16 August 2024 |last = Hofs |first = Yvonne |access-date = 17 August 2024 |language = nl |website = de Volkskrant |title = 'Zo goedkoop mogelijke' nieuwe ministeries krijgen stilaan vorm |trans-title = The ministry's are quietly shaped 'as cheaply as possible' }}
The Ministry of Asylum and Migration has been headed by Minister Marjolein Faber of the PVV since its establishment.
