Monoon coffeoides is a species of plant in the Annonaceae family. It is a synonym of Polyalthia coffeoides[https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:77122997-1 Plants of the World Online (POWO): Monoon coffeoides (Thwaites ex Hook.f. & Thomson) B.Xue & R.M.K.Saunders (retrieved 4 April 2020)] and found in southern India and Sri Lanka.

Uses

Fruit - edible for langurs and other fruit bats.

Culture

Known as "ඕමාර - omara" in Sinhala Language.
