Morteza Haeri Yazdi ({{langx|fa|مرتضی حائری یزدی}}; October 12, 1916 – March 16, 1986) was an Iranian cleric and Twelver Shia scholar. His daughter Masoumeh Haeri Yazdi was married to Khomeini's eldest son, Mostafa Khomeini.
