Mount Wake is a {{convert|9100.|ft|-1|abbr=on|disp=preunit|+}} mountain summit located in the Alaska Range, in Denali National Park and Preserve, in Alaska, United States. It is situated on the west side of the Ruth Gorge, {{convert|14.44|mi|km|0|abbr=on}} southeast of Denali and {{convert|5.85|mi|km|0|abbr=on}} southwest of The Moose's Tooth. The nearest higher neighbor is Mount Dickey, {{convert|2.92|mi|km}} to the north. Mount Bradley lies {{convert|1.51|mi|km}} to the north, and Mount Johnson lies {{convert|0.89|mi|km}} to the southeast. Despite its relatively low elevation, it is notable for its north face with over 4,000 feet of vertical sheer granite. Climate
Based on the Köppen climate classification, Mount Wake is located in a Tundra climate zone with long, cold, snowy winters, and cool summers.{{cite journal | author = Peel, M. Winter temperatures can drop below −20 °F with wind chill factors below −30 °F.
