Muziris is a genus of jumping spiders that was first described by Eugène Louis Simon in 1901.{{cite book| last=Simon| first=E| year=1901| title=Histoire naturelle des araignées| publisher=Roret | publication-place=Paris| doi=10.5962/bhl.title.51973| author-link=Eugène Simon}} The name is derived from Muziris, a lost city in India (presumed to be present day Kodungallur).

Species

{{as of|2019|07}} it contains seven species spread over several island groups in the Pacific Ocean, with one species found in Australia.
