Early career
Born in Nghệ An, Quốc Cường moved to Đồng Nai at an early age with his family. Club career
Quốc Cường played in the 2022 Vietnamese Football League Third Division with Nutifood. In 2023, he signed for Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu, who plays in the V.League 2.
