Outrigger Pandanas is the second-tallest building in Darwin. It is at 43 Knuckey Street, in the eastern side of the Darwin central business district. Built from 2006 to 2007 with the Pandanas Office Suite being completed by 2009,{{cite web|url=http://www.gwelodevelopments.com.au/projects/pandanasofficesuites/index.html|title=Pandanas Office Suite information|publisher=Gwelo}} its roof is {{convert|91|m|ft|abbr=on}} above ground. It comprises 29 levels of mixed use for residential and commercial.

The building is currently managed by the Saville Hotel Group{{cite web|url=http://www.pandanas.com.au/pandanas/whypandanas.htm|title=Pandanas information|publisher=Pandanas|url-status=dead|archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20080719023017/http://pandanas.com.au/pandanas/whypandanas.htm|archivedate=2008-07-19}} which manages more than 150 resorts, hotels and apartments across Australia and New Zealand. Stage 1 of the Pandanas office suite is currently{{when|date=March 2019}} under construction by Gwelo Investments Pty Ltd. Development will comprise with {{convert|4000|m2}} of office space over six levels together with the ground floor retail area.
