Pascal Augustus Struijk (born 11 August 1999) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for {{English football updater|LeedsUni}} club Leeds United. Born in Belgium, he has represented the Netherlands internationally at youth level. Mainly a centre-back, Struijk can be deployed as a left-back or defensive midfielder. He has been a key part of manager Marcelo Bielsa's promotion campaign in 2020 and in Daniel Farke's campaign in 2025.

In the 58th minute, Struijk fouled Harvey Elliott, which dislocated Elliott's ankle. Struijk was capped three times by the Netherlands under-17 team in 2016.
