Paul Chan Wai Chi ({{zh|first=t|t=陳偉智}}; born 4 January 1957) is a Macau politician, who is the President of New Democratic Macau Association and a member of the Legislative Assembly of Macau.[http://www.macaubusiness.com/news.asp?newID=838&categoryID=16&cateName=POLITICS Macau politics – Indecision time]{{dead link|date=March 2018 |bot=InternetArchiveBot |fix-attempted=yes }} He is one of the three pro-democracy lawmakers in Macau.
Chan graduated from Yuet Wah College.
