Perlejewo {{IPAc-pl|p|e|r|l|e|'|j|e|w|o}} is a village in Siemiatycze County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.{{TERYT}} It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Perlejewo. It lies approximately {{convert|26|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-west of Siemiatycze and {{convert|74|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of the regional capital Białystok.
