Gmina Perlejewo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Siemiatycze County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Perlejewo, which lies approximately {{convert|26|km|mi|0}} north-west of Siemiatycze and {{convert|74|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of the regional capital Białystok.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|106.32|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,149.
