Peter Hill is the author of Stargazing: Memoirs of a Young Lighthouse Keeper, a book describing his time as a lighthouse keeper at the Pladda Lighthouse, Ailsa Craig Lighthouse, and finally the Hyskeir Lighthouse in 1973.
